Delivery Terms:

At MATRISS, we carefully prepare your orders and deliver them to the UK via ShipEntegra. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

We offer free shipping to the UK on all orders.

Return Conditions:

Customer satisfaction is our priority. At MATRISS, you can return your purchased products within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To make a return, you must first contact us at craftaviebyer@gmail.com and inform us of your return request. We will ship the product back free of charge for your return request.

After we receive your return, the product will be checked and if found suitable, your return will be completed within 3-7 business days and your money will be refunded.
