By accepting this contract and confirming the order, the BUYER agrees in advance to pay the product price and any additional costs such as shipping and taxes.

2. Definitions

  • Ministry: Ministry of Customs and Trade

  • Law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502

  • Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation

  • Service: Consumer transactions other than the provision of goods performed or promised for a fee.

  • Website:

  • Orderer: Person who requests product/service through SELLER's website.

  • Parties: BUYER and SELLER

  • Product: Movable goods (jewelry) sold electronically

Topic 3

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

4. Product Information and Price

The type, quantity, model, color, sales price, and payment method of the product(s) are as specified on the BUYER's order confirmation page. Taxes and shipping costs, if any, are included on the order summary page.

5. Delivery

After order confirmation is received, the product(s) are delivered to the cargo company within an average of 2–5 business days . The legal maximum period is 30 days . Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER in the order.

6. Billing Information

The invoice will be sent to the invoice address declared by the BUYER during order delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

  • The product to be returned must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • Must be sent with its original packaging.

  • Our Delivery and Return Conditions page applies to return conditions.

8. Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

  • Products personalized in line with the BUYER's requests,

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, etc.),

  • Products that have passed the return period.

9. Payment and Taxes

Payment is made using the method selected when ordering. Product prices and additional costs (shipping, taxes, etc.) are clearly stated on the order summary page.

10. Default

In case of default in payments made by credit/debit card, the provisions of the contract made by the BUYER with his bank shall apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized.

12. Entry into Force

When the BUYER confirms the order placed on the site, he/she is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
